Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Tasteful Brussels base by Central station”
Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre wins guests with its location — five to ten minutes' walk from Brussels Central, beside the cathedral and within walking distance of the old town's eateries — plus very comfortable, spacious rooms, thoughtful welcome chocolates, tasteful decor with liked artwork and a pleasant house fragrance. Staff are friendly and service is excellent. Two cautions: ongoing road works made the hotel hard to spot on arrival, and soundproofing between rooms is fairly poor. Otherwise reviewers recommend it happily.
