An awesome best-for-family stay for some, Moon Palace Cancun - All Inclusive offers an everything-praised pool, food, service and dining spread plus match screenings and many activities. Dissents though: a severe worst-all-inclusive report — one room with a broken phone, another with dirty sheets, a forty-minute toothbrush wait, too few staff across the huge grounds, featureless identical rooms, a hundred-per-person fee for the water park and average restaurants — plus mosquitoes, very humid rooms, monotonous food, a tightly-scoped resort credit and outdated rooms amid a nice big resort with decent drinks.
