Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove is a really nice enjoyed stay — an amazing two-bedroom villa, great pools and a lazy river the kids loved, a clean room with a comfy bed, a lovely atmosphere, excellent service and food, and mostly very friendly helpful staff; one family had been skeptical after reading reviews but found few problems and will return. Caveats though: a dissent's first night brought empty soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, a shower-tub backing up, mold on the grout and a fridge left off that warmed the drinks; another wished the Veranda's food were better for the rate.
