Is Hotel Goodwin good? Overview, pros and cons

“Hotel Goodwin's Beloit gem”
Hotel Goodwin is the outstanding place to stay in Beloit — large above-average quiet rooms with incredible decor, amazing sheets, great showers and a nice record-player touch, easy onsite parking and morning coffee, a cool rooftop bar (wishing only for a better view), real-Italian dining at the Velvet Buffalo where spaghetti and meatballs beat Chicago's, and smiling staff who go extra miles — they even relayed a rooftop alcohol-free order so prosecco appeared at dinner; a blind guest calls it their top choice.
