“Lisbon giant, sky-high pool”
Epic Sana Lisboa Hotel wins praise for its huge, super modern luxurious rooms — breakfast is called the best one guest has had at any hotel — plus an amazing rooftop pool with sea views, space and a good vibe. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful; it is a short walk from the centre with good road access, and rooms stay clean and tidy. One caveat: the restaurant and room service struck a guest as overpriced. Two management replies appear in the list.
