“Congreso's boutique stay”
On an ideal perfect yet-peaceful spot — museums handy, calamari bocadillos and chocolate churros near, an Intrepid Tours joining point — Soho Boutique Congreso is a lovely great-value stay: a spacious beautiful boutique-styled room, an impressive tidy space, a comfy huge king bed, an always-fresh excellent continental breakfast, efficient fast check-in, an iron on request, very friendly knowledgeable nothing-too-much staff and AC that kept up with forty-degree heat, a welcome-home feeling from the door.
