Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Miami beach's iberostar”
On the main street close to the beach, Iberostar Waves Berkeley Shore earns very happy impressed marks for many: beautiful rooms, a must-do evening rooftop pool, top-level kind helping service — a desk agent singled out — and a nice deco. Dissents though carry weight: a forty-a-day resort fee for a small gym and pool plus a severe valet report, conflicting wait promises and a denied cancellation, a tight third-person fit, a smallish queen and a poor-attitude desk member.
