“Hotel Mozart's dated Milan base”
Hotel Mozart is a clean, older Milan hotel near the metro — beautiful clean rooms (small for two) and very nice staff; friends would be recommended. The complaints: construction was underway; the lift fits two people — guests haul luggage themselves; the tiny bathroom's blocked drain flooded during showers; the room lighting was too dim to work at the desk; the front desk ran unfriendly; the shower equipment needs improvement; and you get what you pay for.
