Playacar Palace - All Inclusive is a clean all-inclusive with an incredible spread — amazing food and alcohol quality, gorgeous views, ample dining for its smaller size, resort credits that helped with spa and dolphin swims, a perfect walk-off location for Playa del Carmen and the Cozumel ferry (bracelet grants free Cozumel Palace access with great snorkeling), kids loved it, and exceptionally friendly staff. The serious caveat: the advertised beach has washed away — the pool stairs drop straight into the ocean, which a group of twenty-four with small kids felt should be disclosed.
