“Sleek Seville newcomer, service gap”
Vincci Selección Unuk 5 GL is a very clean, stylish 2023 five-star — a comfy lobby lounge with free coffee, fruit and sweets, a small cute rooftop pool, minutes-walk access to sights, early check-ins and surprise gifts that guests say expensive hotels rarely match. One guest reported the opposite experience: at breakfast she watched others offered coffee and an à-la-carte menu while staff never approached her table; the manager refused her refund request and, she felt, responded condescendingly. Breakfast also locks out one minute late.
