“Jerusalem elegance, construction-night ordeal”
The Inbal Jerusalem is a quietly elegant repeat-stay hotel with tasteful decor, clean comfortable rooms, lounge-access upgrades, seamless post-flight check-in, a delicious must-try breakfast, a big heated outdoor pool and spa, and a fantastic location for exploring. Two serious complaints though: the pool was found dirty — food debris, glass and straw in the water, unclean towels — and the guest-relations manager dismissed it; and unannounced construction ran 10:30pm to 3:30am with drilling and heavy machinery, ruining two nights' sleep.
