“Paterna's azz tactica”

AZZ Valencia Tactica earns wonderful-service marks for some: really helpful staff providing anything needed, a very friendly desk, spacious rooms and great access. Dissents though carry severe weight: a below-minimum-standards report — uncared-for malfunctions, an often-broken shower and rude staff — plus a hard bed, a bathroom leak and a never-warm hotel for another.

Rooms: Spacious amid the dissent noted on most stays.
Service: Mixed amid the severe dissent on most stays.
