Blackstone Mountain Lodge by Clique is a very well-done second-visit stay — a clean spacious great room that feels like home with pepper, salt, dish detergent and laundry detergent provided, an appreciated early check-in, a quiet amazing setting with a loved view, a great outdoor pool plus two hot tubs and a gym, heated underground parking, a twenty-minute drive to Banff and a supermarket five minutes away, awesome staff, and easy home cooking after muddy Banff days. Caveats though: there is no breakfast — groceries and good restaurants sit nearby — the pans scorch and some sound leaks between rooms.
