Is The Crystal Lodge good? Overview, pros and cons

“Crystal Lodge's lift”
The Crystal Lodge is a great best-ever stay for most — a great Whistler location in the centre of things, very close to the cable car and about a two-hundred-fifty-metre walk to the ski lift with easy access to the village stroll, best amenities, a sofa bed that converted for two kids, a handy sink and microwave, and helpful friendly staff; guests had a great time and will return. Caveats though: one guest found the bed too soft — the mattress dipped into a W on both sides and felt like sleeping on a slope — and changed rooms after one terrible night's sleep.
