Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Warm Sukhumvit service, in-between location”
Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit earns strong praise for service: early arrivals get fast check-in, luggage appears in the room unasked, late checkout is granted readily, and birthday surprises — cake, balloons, bed decorations — delight guests. Rooms are clean, modern and big, afternoon tea is well regarded, and the rooftop bar serves good food. Two reservations recur: the hotel sits between two BTS stations, a walk that turns awkward in rain, and housekeeping quality slipped for one guest, who found a torn towel and unchanged sheets despite tipping.
