“New Orlando park base, spartan touches”
Wyndham Garden Orlando Universal on International Drive is a new, well-managed hotel close to Universal — clean large quiet rooms, an okay downstairs breakfast, plenty of outlets, easy parking, a safe location, and a nice front desk where Tina solved problems. It runs basic though: no slippers even on request, no toiletry kits, annoying sensor lights that flood the room at midnight, housekeeping that skipped requested cleans, AC and fridge compressor noise for light sleepers, an overpriced convenience store, and unmarked breakfast.
