“Union square's chancellor”
Right by Union Square — prime easy-to-find location, though homeless people dot the surroundings — Chancellor Hotel on Union Square is an all-good incredible-stay option: a very clean room, nice excellent front-desk service, good sleep over a four-night extended stay, very comfortable beds, a century-old characterful lobby and decor, free lobby coffee, chocolate, water, apples and cookies, kind service and daily cleaning, a 10-out-of-10 verdict. One nit: weak room soundproofing and dated facilities.
