“SpringHill Greenville's downtown ease”
SpringHill Suites Greenville Downtown is a beautiful extremely clean hotel — perfect rooms, a great breakfast with an impressive selection, a loved location, and wonderful welcoming staff check-in through needs. Caveats though: a guest with a handicap plaque was charged for parking until staff refunded it, a card error added a hold far above the bill with just a wait-for-the-bank apology, the restaurant closes Sundays and Mondays, the bath needs more towel bars and hooks, and one mattress slept poorly.
