“KC Northeast's split”
SpringHill Suites Kansas City Northeast is a clean great stay for many — a ten-star rave for amazing staff, a very clean lobby, room and bathroom, helpful service and a good hot plentiful breakfast; guests would return. Caveats though: a severe dissent describes a literal-hell night of unsupervised children in the pool and hallways plus a drunken-parents party in the common area, loud until the middle of the night; two guests flag a poor shower design — a door opening inward over the controls so you spray yourself cold, plus a loose misdirected showerhead — and the breakfast read bland to one.
