“Peppermill Resort's split”
Peppermill Resort Spa Casino is a great stay for many — plush towels, clean linen and good pillows, a fantastic location, many great restaurants and a resort feel that brings guests back; one earlier-week stay was great. Caveats though: two severe dissents dominate the warnings — one reports the front desk's poor attitude at checkout, a system outage and a deposit still unreturned a month later; another cancelled a return visit in time with confirmation proof yet was still charged — ridiculous, they say. A milder note flags ventilation noise.
