“Jaipur grandeur, service inconsistency”
Raffles Jaipur divides reviewers. Most guests rave: stunning architecture, cozy rooms, excellent facilities where every detail feels considered, warm butler-to-chef staff for whom nothing is too much trouble, smooth professional check-in with staff praised by name, and delicious restaurant food — one calls it among their best hotels ever. One detailed dissent, though, says it falls short of Raffles standards: staff try but lack basic hospitality skills, the hotel runs loud with music and morning microphone tests, and getting unstained bedsheets took two requests.
