“Auckland's surrey hotel”
In a prime spot near Western Springs and the motorway, The Surrey Hotel earns spotless highly-recommended marks for many: awesome welcoming staff, a clean nice-smelling tidy room, easy check-in and out, out-of-the-way housekeeping help with hangers and a microwave and a handy courtesy van to Eden Park events. One dissent though carries weight: bed bugs on a returning stay plus a loudly dripping conditioner drain that survived two room changes.
