Paragon 700 Boutique Hotel & Spa is a split-reviewed Ostuni stay — one four-night guest found it excellent on every level with a welcoming ever-helpful crew throughout, and the garden restaurant drew a memorable lunch of spectacular food with a lovely waiter, Fausto.
