Well placed for Terminal One, The Orchid Hotel Mumbai Vile Parle is a comfortable good-stopover stay: a really amazing good-view room, all-time-best midnight food, very warm welcoming staff, very good service, a nice rooftop pool with restaurant and bar, a comfy bed and linens, a bath plus separate shower and a lower rate than the known names. Cautions though: an old feel in the original wing versus the better-furnished new one, a fridge stuck warm at eighteen degrees and paid wifi.
