Ginger Thane earns really good highly-recommended marks for many: excellent customer service, very clean comfortable rooms, a queen-deluxe upgrade, polite smart helpful staff — Krishna Soham Sanika Chanada Ibran Nikita Devansh and Prathamesh all named — tasty food and a wonderful bigger-room stay. One severe dissent though: a dirty-hotel report, decade-old torn towels, a bad-smelling unhygienic bathroom and a broken shower, plus a smaller room without a shower curtain.
