“Recoleta mansion, hot-water lapses”
Algodon Mansion is a charming Recoleta boutique: very large, novel-designed and well-appointed quiet suites at real value for the space, with an outstanding concierge who coordinates day trips and books restaurants guests could not reach themselves — Rodrigo and Juan are named for everything from luggage to cocktails. The recurring fault is water: one guest found the hot water had never been switched on, and another calls the shower system so overcomplicated that guests end up drenched in cold water.
