Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Triumph's huge Cairo conference base”
Triumph Luxury Hotel is a vast New Cairo hotel — a huge reception lobby, big rooms (one had direct pool access), good security, a very good breakfast, decent wifi, a mall ten minutes away, and a nice front desk; it's ten minutes from the exhibition centre. The complaints are serious: an Egyptian guest says an extra fee was demanded on arrival because of their nationality despite a confirmed booking — they stayed only because the conference was inside; service felt three-star and facilities seem separately run; smoking is everywhere indoors — not for asthma sufferers, management should act; a massage therapist talked through a session; and rooms feel old.
