A severe dissent though catalogued a week of problems: long waits past the stated check-in time, a bathroom with poor drainage that pooled water, a minibar charge for items merely moved not consumed, and — most seriously — a near-six-thousand-dollar charge appearing on their card days after checkout, initially refused then finally resolved after a week of wrangling. Bathrooms were also called small with sparse amenities.
