Hotel on Phillips is a beautiful Sioux Falls stay — great well-kept rooms with nice bathrooms in excellent condition, the unique Treasury Bar with its vault door serving excellent drinks and appetizers, a good location, and great staff. The consistent drawback is parking: a very small lot means paying for valet or using a ramp down and across the street; there is also no real breakfast beyond a coffee-and-muffin stand.
