“Kowloon's harbour grand”
Right by the sea near the metro — bigger tower rooms worth seeking — Harbour Grand Kowloon is a super satisfied best-value stay for many: a spacious clean comfortable room, a stunning Island view even at night, a big tub, provided bath amenities, a witnessed wedding and reluctant departure. Cautions: no bottled water or toothbrush kits, the tap is unfiltered, an old loud air conditioner, a damp quilt for one, an unusually small room for another and a stickler-for-rules feel unchanged over the years.
