“Karon's centara grand”
Directly on the sand with a lazy river and four pools, Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket is a wonderful really recommended stay for many: a bigger-than-expected spacious room with a comfy sea-facing balcony, very stylish Thai-style decor, a luxurious jacuzzi, a rich Chinese-and-Western breakfast that stays interesting over days, free activities, a dusk sky-mirror and a mall ten minutes away. Cautions though: a night hygiene issue solved by a next-day room change after platform coordination and a far old-town run.
