“Hurghada resort, beach claim disputed”
JAZ Casa Del Mar Resort earns love for its very clean private beach, friendly professional staff and amazing food with good cocktails — plus pools, slides and all-day activities. Two guests protest loudly: the cover photo implies beachfront but the sea is not attached, a refund request was refused, no luggage help materialized, pillows sat lumpy, doors needed force, the AC roared, midday pool music wrecked naps, and farmhouses plus construction hem it in. Front-desk males struck one guest as arrogant; a manager fixed their sun-blasted room fast.
