“Osaka's bay tower”
Four JR or metro stops from Osaka Station — the onsen centre the draw for one — Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower is a pretty-good great stay: a spacious bright room with an expansive lovely night view and three-night comfort. Cautions though: light-leaking curtains ruled out a lie-in, housekeeping ran only so-so for one, an outdated obsolete room didn't meet a guest's Japan-standard expectations and a capsule coffee machine seen in other reviews never appeared.
