Caveats though: two severe reviews called service the worst at this tier — a rollaway took seven hours and a hairdryer never arrived; another reported a large flying cockroach, a creaking door, mediocre beach sand, stained robes, unreachable management, activities cancelled by conditions, and high dining costs.
