Hotel Ferreus Modern Art Deco is a very clean, recently-renovated Krakow hotel on the old-town edge — modern art-deco rooms, a cinema-diva spa bathtub, delicious breakfasts with freshly-cooked eggs, a great location walkable to sights, bars and restaurants, and friendly staff for most of the stay. Notes: the junior suite could be cleaner, there is no iron or coffee machine, the electric curtains only descend, the touchpad light stays on all night, the pool water was freezing, a required minibar prepayment was never refunded, and departure-day reception turned unfriendly.
