“Off-Strip villa value, no breakfast”
Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort is a peaceful off-Strip Las Vegas base about ten minutes from the action — villa-style buildings, cute clean suite-style rooms sleeping four with full kitchen gear and even a bedroom bathtub, a pool, laundry, a convenient organized marketplace, and easy parking near the rooms. Families, friend groups and EDC weekenders all rate it, and staff are nice throughout. The consistent gap: no breakfast is offered, though the small mart helps; one unit had a chronic floor leak.
