“Westwood's plaza la reina”
Super convenient for UCLA, Plaza la Reina is an elegant garden-style stay for many: a very spacious unique well-appointed unit — roomy bedrooms, dining, living and a fully-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer — a quiet comfortable setting, a beautiful BYO rooftop terrace and thoughtful staff who make stays terrific. One dissent though: a severe thirty-nine-degree stay with broken air conditioning promised fixed then not, a wrong room number on the key card, poor daytime desk service, no sincere apology and a never-recommend verdict.
