“San Domenico's Simon”
San Domenico House is a perfect loved stay — a unique Kensington property in an ancient grand block with lovely Victorian decor that feels like home, wonderful helpful staff, a fabulous location, a good breakfast, a gym amenity, and extraordinary beyond-expected service where Simon at reception helped elderly parents through the whole stay and made it memorable; guests will be back. Caveats though: the house is tiny — around ten rooms — and one guest found the vibe almost too quiet and the staff manner lukewarm.
