“Trendy Soho boutique, billing stumbles”
Broadwick Soho is a 2023 boutique in a fun walk-everywhere Soho spot — absolutely loved retro design, beautiful rooms (though genuinely small), fantastic staff and a must-visit rooftop bar above a liked bar and restaurant. Two check-in stumbles temper the love: one guest got no service information, had a card wrongly declared declined out loud, and was double-charged before a refund — though a colleague brilliantly recovered a phone left in a taxi and the manager apologized; another found three unexplained charges unacceptable.
