“The Hari's polish”
The Hari London is a fantastic exemplary stay — a truly five-star experience with attentive polite kind thorough staff, the most-comfortable bed, top-tier room service, amenities and thoughtful turndown, a cosy area, and out-of-this-world staff who tracked down a backpack left in an airport taxi and had it returned; the best London hotel of one guest's twenty trips, rated ten out of ten. Caveats though: sound travels easily between connecting-door rooms, the omelette ran dry, and breakfast staff needed to be more on the ball — three mornings of poached eggs on sourdough came out wrong.
