Henrietta Experimental is a charming, centrally-located Covent Garden hotel — a beautiful room with a well-stocked minibar, a gorgeous bathroom, a comfortable bed, fabulous warm staff who took extra care of a daughter on a college visit and deliver nightly cookies with a smile, and loads of restaurants nearby. Recurring cautions: there is no lobby or place to sit at reception (the space became a restaurant), rooms are small with minimal closet space — clothes stayed in suitcases — the TV is tiny, and one room's air conditioner showed heat but blew cold all night.
