“Positano ease without the stair climb”
Hotel Poseidon is a 1955 Positano hotel renovated in 2025 whose location solves the town's hardest problem — no stair climb, and cars can drop bags right at the door, rare for Positano. Staff are amazing: last-minute early check-ins after flight changes, twice-daily cleaning with pillow chocolates, restaurant reservations, car services and ferry-bag arrangements. The restaurant is delicious and the views incredible. Two real complaints temper it: one guest reported no duvet, only a thin blanket, plus a blood-stained sheet; another found decor plain and balcony chairs uncomfortable.
