“Gornergrat's high sunrise perch”
3100 Kulmhotel Gornergrat is an amazing super location stay — Switzerland's highest hotel with perfect hosts, easy access and a must for sunrise and sunset seekers, a Matterhorn-view balcony room that fully satisfied, an impressive strong shower whose pressure never wavered, in-room coffee, tea and a kettle, and a great breakfast experience. Caveats though: you pay for the view — the guest-restaurant food was not great for one stay, and another would sleep elsewhere in Zermatt next time and just visit.
