“Rio's windsor stay”
Conveniently located near the famous market — a river and a naval attraction close, the mall further — Windsor Guanabara Hotel is an excellent repeat-favourite stay for many: clean nice rooms, good delicious food, friendly helpful staff, a decent breakfast and easy getting-around. Cautions: an ordinary-feeling neighbourhood, rough-sleepers and odours noted, an unsafe feel for one, and a not-barefoot-clean floor needing better mopping.
