“Leme's beach base”
Right on Copacabana beach with sunrise views from beach-facing rooms and the Christ statue visible from the rooftop pool, Windsor Leme Hotel is a great safe-feeling four-night stay: clean comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff, a delicious breakfast with tasty omelettes, a lovely rooftop bar and easy eating and shopping around. Notes: the hotel is old with dated fittings, ground-floor staff service was mediocre, and no complimentary water, coffee or tea — paid, though a 24-hour supermarket sits close.
