“Albani Roma's clean, distant stay”
Albani Hotel Roma is a very clean, comfortable Rome hotel — spacious nice rooms, a complete bathroom (no bidet), an excellent lounge, and polite kind staff; a Japanese guest found it highly satisfying overall. The complaints: it sits a distance from Termini and the center — luggage-heavy or mobile travelers may struggle; an inflexible unfriendly policy refused any reservation change or extension; a busy lobby packed with noisy tour groups left two desk staff occupied for a seven-to-eight-minute wait; the shower drain ran slow, needing pauses; and some service is not as expected.
