The complaints: check your bill — the resort fee was charged again despite being in the room rate; a severe pan called it the worst hotel — a floor-standing ancient AC roaring, no slippers or toothbrush (slow skimpy delivery), a crowded messy beach; high parking with no alternative; and few dining choices nearby.
