“Marshall House's charm”
The Marshall House is a great loved stay — a cool historic building with historic ambiance and modern comfort, an amazing harpist at happy hour, a wonderful breakfast area where several ladies waited on guests, thoughtful touches like a bag of fresh towels and amenities left at the door when housekeeping was declined, a central location, and incredibly helpful friendly desk staff and valets; a repeat guest found it equally great. Caveats though: one room was too small with underperforming air conditioning and sat behind the garage where all-night bright lights defeated the blinds, making sleep very difficult.
