“Oscar Olympic's Thessaloniki welcome”
The Oscar Olympic Hotel is a lovely central Thessaloniki stay — comfortable cozy very clean well-equipped rooms (though some very very small) greeted by a dessert and polite note, slippers provided (rare in Europe), an aesthetic bathroom, a possibly-best-ever rich Greek breakfast with many yogurt choices on a city-view top-floor terrace, a central yet surprisingly quiet location five minutes from tavernas and cafés, and extremely attentive helpful staff — receptionist Xenia singled out as wonderful. The breakfast needs improvement per one guest; it otherwise exceeds its star rating.
