“Odori Richmond's split”
Richmond Hotel Sapporo Odori is a best-location stay for most — set on Tanukikoji with a back door straight into shopping and dining, the metro and bus a walk away, best-rated room, breakfast and staff, self-service check-in and out, and professional service. Caveats though: a severe report says room 714 carried persistent noise from wood above the headboard that woke guests at four a.m.; the desk confirmed the fault but swapped to a smaller room type, then deflected resolution to the booking platform at checkout.
